New iPad Review
Apple Inc.’s new ipad tablet powered by A5X processor, will be sold at prices similar to its predecessor, the iPad 2. The new iPad has 4G LTE model plus the 3G cheaper version.
The new iPad also has an iSight camera with a 5 megapixel sensor, backside illumination, a 5-element lens and hybrid IR filter. There’s also auto-focus and auto face exposure.
Other features include 1080 pixel HD video capture, with video stabilization and temporal noise reduction.
It comes fully packed with Dock Connector to USB Cable, 10 Watts USB Power Adapter and documents explaining everything from general specs to battery efficiency.
The Retina Display on the new iPad features a 2048 by 1536 resolution, 44 % greater color saturation, and an astonishing 3.1 million pixels, in the same 9.7-inch space. That’s four times the number of pixels in iPad 2 and a million more than an HDTV.
The specs that really separate the new iPad from the iPad 2 are retina display and the new camera, plus the processor, of course.
The new ipad also includes voice dictation that supports English, French, German and Japanese with other languages to be added later.
The new ipad has more than 200,000 apps available for download.
